Please bare in mind this is community based assistance. The more information you can give the easier it might be for others.
For example details like
What are you using shadow on, Operating system.
Network set up, Wifi or ethernet.

And then you've got #support-ticket for Shadow Support.
I always open a ticket before asking help from the community but support didn't reach out jts been 4 days
I operate my shadow on win 10 and I live in Vancouver using the Portland shadow server
Although everything looks good my shadow every 30 seconds keeps saying "connection lost.. reconnecting" and giving me errors I've never seen before like R-605 and R-617
Have you tried lowering the bandwidth/bitrate?
It seems very erratic on that screenshot, plus packet loss.
I have it on auto detect
Could be causing issues. Change to 20 and see if improves
do u reckon its cuz of this? started having issues ever since this
twice in ther past 30 seconds this happened
those are new error codes (more precise than those you had before), you most likely on beta version
to start with you can try to lower your bitrate to 10 and see if that improves things
The incident which you even just screenshot says Some users unable to launch their Shadow; launcher returns to homepage with Shadow is off.
Your Shadow has been working, but you're getting these errors, so it's not related 🙂
I'll try switching to the official version and lowering the bitrate and get back to you guys👍
you can stick to beta, it's just the informations was not provided in your help request and to explain the new error codes :)
