As far as updating users to windows 11? if you leave users on 10, it may leave them vurnable to currently unknown security holes that microsoft will likely not patch for the common user. I'd advise beta testing win11 on your platform so that you don't leave the VMs, or your own servers via a VM escape, vurnable to attack.
