to actually contact support #support-ticket , if you expect community to help then please follow https://discord.com/channels/460948857304383488/1210660461457051758 as we get little to no information regarding where you are located or if you have tried on multiple devices etc etc.
Support is closed on weekends as you pointed out, so not sure why you're upset about not getting any response from them.
To get help you don't need discord at all, there's also Reddit as well as official support which you had already emailed.
Regarding the cursor lock / unlock, at the top of the screen inside shadow there's a logo, you can press that and then unlock / lock cursor from that
moderators here are volunteers, actual hired shadow support only works weekends. Giving these said moderators a live chat on the site, would force them to actually work, which they shouldn't be forced to do. With all due respect, it shows time when support is open on their site & that is something that could've been checked prior, hopefully the issue does get fixed though :)
Most Mods have DMs open for people to report harassment etc, but some have them closed, probably due to spam, which is fair.
Also please bear in mind this is a Community Help post.. Not one for Shadow Support, that would be #support-ticket as previously mentioned 🙂

Also Mon-Fri like emails.. But the only place for Official Support.

Anyways, hopefully your issues get sorted. Depending on how may tickets were opened from end of day Friday will depend on how long Support take to get back to you.
You should have got an automated email reply with the case ID, if got this it's just a matter of waiting, hopefully today you'll get a reply.
I have never used Shadow on an iPad, so not sure.
