Hi guys, could someone explain to me why everytime I try to enable the H.265 coding, it disables itself automatically?
Sorry but english is not my first language so don’t know if I’ve used the correct words

Hi. Is your local hardware able to use H265? If not it would be normal that this don't works. If it happens although your hardware can handle H265 then please open a support ticket for that

How do I find out if it can use it? I’m pretty sure in the past I managed to enable it, but now it seems I Just can’t
