Can someone give me some advice please? I'm having issues with shadow. I have 1000MBit fiber internet and connected with a cable. My ping does not go above 30 ms and allocated 70 mbps for the stream. But my Shadow keeps flickering. The fps counter is stable at 60 and does not show these flickers that happen every 5 seconds or so. It happens with youtube vids but also ALL games. Drivers up-to-date and the PC i'm using is 100% barebone expect Shadow, and keep it updated ofc. I also tried the 265 video codec settings in Shadow. V-Sync on/off and it still happens. And according to Shadow the connection is crisp clear.

Open the quick menu, set stats to last hour. Put Shadow into windowed mode to screenshot the stats from local machine (it's rendered locally)
