US Account = Shadow in North America.
European Account = Shadow in Europe, where depends on A. Store selected and location. For example German or French account could be Frankfurt or Strasbourg depending on location.

No there's no refunds for user error.

You'll have to simply just cancel it so it doesn't renew.

As you're in an unsupported country, that's about all the info I can give you.

Probably just says that to contact support on how best to proceed, there's no on demand datacentre changes and or account region changes.

The funds likely in "Pending" and haven't actually left your account... However, only Shadow Support can deal with anything account/billing related.
