Help! It’s weeks I can’t use any usb, I’m going crazy trying to find a solution.

After having some issues with the usb forwarding, which initially was working, I decided to reinstall it.
However, after some uninstalling and reinstalling the USB forwarding is now not working at all, it appears as off.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall shadow PC and restart everything multiple times, but there always is a “restart pending” and I cannot turn the USB forwarding on.

What can I do? I’m really out of ideas and I really need the USB forwarding (for a MIDI keyboard).

After you've uninstalled via the app. Shutdown the Shadow PC, restart your local PC then check Apps on your PC to see if ShadowUSB is lurking, equally check AppData etc for anything to do with ShadowUSB. - That's all I can think of that something is lurking behind after uninstall than could be causing issue.

Thanks.
Now I can only uninstall shadow pc, not just the usb drivers, if I try to do the latter the error in the screenshot appears.

Originally ShadowUSB was appearing in the apps, and I uninstalled it from there.
If I remember correctly the uninstall was not successful (it was loading infinitely), but the ShadowUSB app disappeared anyway.

Currently, there is no Shadow USB app, and I tried to delete everything related to shadow after uninstalling it (in AppData and .shadow). But after reinstalling it I still get the same error.

Maybe I am missing where the drivers were installed?

Just installed to check.. Installs to C: / Program Files / Shadow / ShadowUSB

I can't think of any other reason why it would do this, you'd likely need to send apps logs and open a ticket with support (including logs code and description of issue)

Btw, shadow automatically installs in the AppData/local/Programs folder, not in program files. Is that where is supposed to be?

I was specifically talking about Shadow USB.
