#Update drivers now shadow PC is stuck "turning off"

Close app for 20 mins, usually sorts it. Not sure what causes it, if happens again be sure to open a ticket with support and include app logs code.
Like I said it's been over an hour. And support really doesn't help me when they are not going to be here for another 2 days
I've had same issue So it's something on shadows end not ours
If it still hasn't shutdown after all apps being closed for that long.. I don't know what else to suggest, even more so if tried the "Stop this PC" via account.
Yeah that's what I did, I went into the shadow account VM control panel and shut down my PC there and that was over an hour ago at this point. Was on my PC all day long I have no idea what's going on here but apparently I'm not the only one so I have to assume that it's a shadow problem. Not to mention I was having terrible lag when I was online but I'm really upset with myself that I decided to arbitrarily restart my computer. Because I was connected and I was completely fine up until then so you can understand how angry I am with myself at my stupid stupid decision 😢
