So I am having a small issue so I just bought my shadow it said it was ready and everything check the program try to connect and nothing worked so I go to the website and click all my pcs and I get stopped maintenance

That stupid email goes out early sometimes.
Maintainence right after you buy a Shadow is it still being in the setup process.
Once it clears, you'll be good to go
