Hello, I bought a shadow pc, and it shows me that I am connected in Canada and I live in Europe and the range is at 120 ms and I see that it is possible to connect in Germany and I have 30 ms, how do I change the computer server?

I'm from Poland but I'm close to Germany, I checked speedtest from shadow pc and I have 30 ms on the server located in Frankfurt

Unsupported region, but acceptable latency. Yeah, you can open a ticket on your Shadow account page and provide speedtests from Shadow's website.

You cancel the current one... And you'll need to order correctly. (US account = North American Shadow)

Country selection.. When you're in a supported region, it auto to the correct one.. Unless using a VPN ofc.

When in unsupported it auto to the "International" which is US.

That's about all the guidance I'll give, as I don't advise using in unsupported region.
