#L-104 and still no email confirmation

Hi, I signed in and subscribed but still didn't get any emails (payment has gone through though). My shadow pc is running but when I try to connect I get an L-104 error. Help!

I received the emails, and I managed to connect on the browser. But the app is missing libraries on ubuntu, it says so in a pop up. I tried finding them with apt and on google and I managed to only keysyms
