Hi I bought the shadow pc power plan today and works perfectly smooth, my only problem is whenever i want to click to enable dual screen, nothing happens. The app recognizes my second monitor but nothing happens when i click on enable. Does anyone have any solutions? Much appreciated

I own a lenovo legion 5 pro laptop and older samsung monitor i have connected to it. I had the second tier subscription today before it and was able to use my second monitor properly but since i got the power tier it doesnt seem to work. Clicking on enable dual screen kr even setting it to automatically connect doesnt do anything

ok so new tier upgrade is a good information, you can try to reinstall nvidia driver and display safe mode once from shadow launcher help pane icon, shutdown shadow and start it again

also you can uninstall shadow app and reinstall it back to clean local cache too

I managed to fix dual screen issue but now i have an issue where it doesnt want me to log in into some accounts like sony and epic store app
