#Shadow-PC is not starting/working

Hi, my Shadow has not started since yesterday (9 pm). All it shows is: "Almost done" or "Shadow is starting". I waited for 15-20 minutes and also tried safe mode, but all to no avail. Shutting down and waiting 30 minutes didn't help either. I tried again today, but it still won't start.
The error code U-101 is displayed via the Android app. No error message at all via Windows. Just infinite loading.

It mentions something about Windows Boot

hey the best this to do will be to submit a help ticket to support through your shadow account

Hi, I've submitted a ticket but haven't heard back from the support team yet. It's quite annoying as it is the 3rd day now with this problem.
