What is going on?
Also tonight my shadow started with 2000x2000 resolution why? I couldnt choose a 21:9 ratio resolution. After I tried to set it up in shadow and not in windows 11 it didnt work becuz it logged me out from the shadow pc.

I hope u can help me I dont wanna lose my data

If I wait 15 mins again will I get another hardware .

let it shutdown, once it's fully shutdown (~40 minutes), start it in display safe mode from help pane of launcher and 🤞

at each cold boot you get a new hardware, but if you broke something by tampering with resolutions maybe your best option is to ask support for a recovery link, backup your data and factory reset

But how resolution broken?

It worked with 21:9 before
