what is the server your connected to? and are you on wifi?

^^^ignore both of these. The short answer is that you won't be able to fix it. Chances are it's nothing on your end that's causing packet loss. Depending on your location and which data center you're connected to, it could be as simple as the distance causing a slowdown, or just the fact that Shadow's data centers are definitely not optimized for what they're trying to do. Best thing to do is turn off your Shadow PC for a while and login again later because nobody here is actually going to give you an answer that's satisfactory, nor are they going to give you any advice on how to fix it because there really isn't anything that can be done except for Shadow to upgrade the reach of the data centers, or build more data centers.

@ashen trellis dont say "ignore these" and then go to explain what i was going to get to. for all we know zinx could have just gotten shadow and is on wifi and got connected to a further DC. its better to get more info first. its also why the pinned post at the top says "how to ask for help(must read).

I've had the exact problem every other day since subscribing to Shadow, and that was 2 years ago. So unless you have an ACTUAL fix for this issue, I'm going to continue to give people REAL advice about these issues so they don't have to run around in circles for hours with nobody giving them a direct answer

I apogize. I'm really just trying to help prevent this person from being put through the wringer about an issue that just doesn't have any kind of "fixes" even if we knew exactly what was causing it. I was trying to speak from experience and I'm sorry that it came off as attacks on the previous responses

Again, I am very sorry that I showed up with such a strong attitude about this, I realize I could have offered a better way to request answers.
As a note, my initial response was coming from seeing many other similar questions that didn't end up with answers, so I should have agreed that more info was necessary at that point
