Hey dear Shadow community,
I'm facing an urgent issue with a new order:

Ordered Shadow PC - Power for Washington DC datacenter (USWDC01) 20 hours ago
The order page was very laggy during the process
Paid $49.98, amount has been debited from my account
Received nothing for 20 hours - no confirmation email, no PC activation
Already opened 2 support tickets, no response yet

Questions:

Is this 20-hour delay normal, especially given the laggy order page?
Any known issues with DC datacenter orders or the payment system?
How can I get urgent help? (2 tickets already open)

Long-time customer here i love Shadow for years , really need assistance. Thanks!

there's no support over weekend and in general it's maximum 24 hours, what is the order status in your shadow web account ?

(and we are just users here with no access to the backoffice to see order status)

There's no order status and no trace of my order on the Shadow web account. My payment doesn't appear anywhere, not even in the billing section, and the new PC doesn't show up anywhere. It's a bit frightening. 😨
I repeat that I love the product and I've been a loyal user for years. ❤️

if it doesn't appear at all, chances are the order has been canceled
