Hey there, one thing I didn't notice while subscribing to Shadow PC is the datacenters location.
I am from Greece and one thing that annoys me the most with Shadow PC is the input delay, I recently found out that there's datacenters somewhere in Europe, and that my Shadow PC datacenters are in Washington D.C
I searched everywhere for a solution on how to change my datacenter location for my Shadow PC but didn't find anything, is there any way you guys can help?

Of users that are from unsupported Country, the US website version is the default.
So US account = US Shadow.
So, since you are in Greece, you could do another account from German web site.
To obtain it, you need to do on German website, so all with German flag.
The OVH datacenters where Shadow hardware are in Europe in
Support can't do anything. It can't move users from one datacenter to another, included those that are from supported countries.

had the same issue and u need to contact support about it, and you will have you most likely create a new account, for me they refunded me for the issue once i created the new account and provided them proof of the subscription on the new account. So you basically have to contact support.
