Can't change any admin settings

Long story short Im trying to make an app not use the internet but Shadow won't let me change any settings. Anything admin related I basically can't change

Why so? Press it and an elevated permission pop up will show, just press "yes"

It just doesn't come up at all

Same thing happens with windows defender if I try to turn it off it just flips back on

Have you tried rebooting?

I can turn Defender off fine

Anything that lets me do stuff an admin can do

I can’t change anything that I would find that could affect how shadow pc runs like firewall settings and most administration perms

Question. Are you using the default Shadow user, or did you sign in with a Microsoft account?

Does your microsoft account have any restrictions?

That’s the only thing I can think of. Default Shadow account is a full admin.
