only overlay works i mean for sure the shadow app is on my pc and the overlay opens on my pc not on shadow

Drop your bitrate all the way down, consider setting your resolution lower on Shadow through the launcher settings to try and decrease network load and get things partially functional to get the IP.

on browser the browser it wont even show me the desctop its just loading >.< is my shadows windows messed somehow? :/ i'm really about to try a factory reset but my unreal engine data will be lost

i think it was really a connection problem from shadows site

without any more change it solved

next time i create a topic here or a ticket on website as i said sorry for spam, tried it for a long time now

Did you preform the test both ways?

Once you do post the results here for both directions

If you want them evaluated in private you could also dm me the results for both directions for a interpretation of where the issue is.

i could post it here no problem i'm justing waiting for my ping to solve so i can open the site i mean if nobody can do anything with the results i will post it here it could help others
