#Shadow stuck updating for 24hrs

My shadow is stuck updating for over a day now. I've tried 5ghz/2.4ghz. I've tried the mobile app, beta desktop app, normal desktop app and web. I've tried stopping my virtual machine.

It's just stuck on 0% and I need access to my files urgently. Please advise.

Did stopping it not work?

The issue is the VM not updating, likely due to being "stuck" the only way from past knowledge I know how to get the update to actually go through is to force the Shadow off.. But if that doesn't work via your account options. Not sure what else to suggest, you'll need to contact Shadow support.

@gaunt ravine no it won't stop. I've tried stopping it through my online account and through the desktop app but I can't get it forcefully stop. I've contacted support multiple times but they're not getting back to me

Unfortunately support repond times are longer than usual, like 1-2 days currently.

When you opened the ticket did you get automated email with confirmation that it opened and a case number?

Okay least it went through then.

You can try #support-ticket and quote the case ID.. Not sure if that will speed up a reply or not though, but least covered both bases.
