When in windowed mode, does the high input delay continue when you re-lock the mouse?

/⌘ + Alt + M = Change mouse mode (Locked/Unlocked) (Locked is suggested for gaming)
- /⌘ + Alt + Q = Quit Application
- /⌘ + Alt + F = Toggle fullscreen
- /⌘ + Alt + O = Toggle Quick menu
- /⌘ + Alt + R = Restart Streaming

If so.. It's likely your latency.. When in locked mode it's the mouse rendered in Shadow... Unlocked is local mouse.
So if the above is true.. Post a screenshot of the Shadow quick menu stats set to filter last 10 mins.
