What does the shadow app (both pc and mobile) mean by me having the "power-early VM"? is there a difference between power early and (what i'm only assuming is) the new power?

Before Power was made available from the end of October 2022, Shadow had done some tests with the Nvidia A4000 Gpu.
So this is the only difference Nvidia A4000 vs Nvidia A4500, so the A4000 Gpu is a little worst in performance.
