Why do I need to request access? | Shadow (ENG) | Page 1

I was just using my Shadow PC however I left it open to eat some dinner. Now that I come back I see that I had to log into my account again but for some reason it says "Access blocked: Your institution’s admin needs to review Shadow Group". Can anyone or an Admin tell me why? because I don't think I did anything wrong?

Sounds like a web firewall that possibly blocked your access, are you connecting on a corporate or school network?
