Hello so I just got my shadow PC back so like I just resubscribed and haven't been on for a couple of months or so and I'm experiencing unstable connection literally so bad I can't even move my mouse cursor around is that unstable connection because I haven't been on for a while on this PC or is there an outage?.

But I don't think it's because of I haven't been on the PC in a while. Because I'm on it watching YouTube rn completely fine.

Where are you located?
Where is your Shadow located - this is in the help section of the app launcher and also on your Shadow account webpage
