#Unable to access shadow pc

I bought a shadow pc a few hours ago (arount 7pm uk time), and i got an email saying that my pc is ready to access. When I open the app and log in, I get this screen (attached). Is this normal & how can I fix it?

The status of the pc on the web portal has also changed from creating to stopped

Is it the same account at the bottom? Than the one you received the email on? (Sounds trivial but some people had that problem before on discord)

Reinstall it? It works for pc in browser? that's weird
