#Brand new Power Shadow PC runs at 30fps

I just started up a Power version of shadow to run some games on while my computer is in the shop. Is it normal to be getting 30 fps while idling in the desktop? I would expect with an A4500 i should have more frames than that. I have a strong landline connection as well. Is there some setting or issue that is ongoing?

probably an issue since my frames been dropping a lot recently with power, but i dont know if its me or the data center i know its not the games issue so its most definitely on shadows end

pretty sure its supposed to be at 30 fps while idling in home screen

Encoder is dynamic. It won't send the full framerate unless that's being pushed out by the application.
