I upgraded by shadow to 28gb last night and I hopped on today just for it to crash after a few minutes every time I hop on. Not really sure why upgrading my subscription has caused this, but I will gladly go back to the cheaper subscription if it will fix this. When it crashes, it gives the the following: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

Ive updated my drivers and everything to no avail. I still crash. It seems to only happen when I play a video game. Doesn't matter what kind, it crashes after a few minutes no matter what game I'm playing

I ended up downgrading my pc back to how it was. Hopefully setting things back to where they were will make things work again. If I knew getting the upgrade would cause this I never would have gotten it ; (
