i keep getting a BSOD issue with the error code: VIDEO-DXGKRNL_FATAL-ERROR
Anyone know what’s causing it or how to fix

Did you install anything on your Shadow prior to this starting to happen?

Nothing new has been installed recently

#

It was fine on the weekend come Monday all I now get is the blue screen of death error when trying to play any game

Even a game as simple as Minecraft causes it

eeek. Have you shutdown for at least 15 mins before trying again? If so, looks like you'll have to reach out to support.

One thing to try in the mean time is to see if any Windows corrupt files, open Terminal/Command Prompt as admin and enter

can you try to update or clean install the latest graphic driver if it helps ?
