If you can choose the A4500, then definitely that one. The A4000 is now for new orders but not charged less 😒

So A4500 is the better set up but they are getting rid of it soon??

Also I see a new page in shadow about multiple users? Can I add a new user free of charge for members of the family to use??

A4500 is better than A4000 yes, it's only changed for some regions.. Multiple means can now have more than 1 sub per account.

No idea on the reasoning though, at one point the A4000 was offered for £5 less p/m.
