Hi, am opening my shadow application on my windows desktop and its asking me to click log in. I click it and it takes me to the website log on, i enter my details and log in successfully however when i then click continue, i allow it to open the app again but it just does nothing and leaves me on the website with the only option to continue, and i get a notifaction on the shadow app saying "connection failed" but no error code?
Please help i am paying over $60 for the expert account right now
