Hi! So for some strange reason the wifi on shadow doesn’t work and I don’t understand how because you need wifi to even begin to start up shadow. Everything on my regular PC works fine but when I open shadow and the EA app opens it says it’s no wifi connection, yet the wifi is connected. I’ve tried on my IPad with the same wifi and it doesn’t work and I also tried on my phone with my regular 5G data and it still doesn’t work

Could you share a screenshot of the issue ?
Well you need internet to launch Shadow, that's your own internet.
But once you are on Shadow, there is no wifi, just the ethernet connection used by Shadow and has nothing to do with your own internet. So not sure to understand what you mean 🤔

i know thats whats confusing me so bad, i tested my regular wifi before booting up shadow and it works

but when i open shadow and try to use the web brower it says its no internet connection

even when you use browser on Shadow, you have the same issue ? to be sure

Yes, I tried to open my gmail and it says no internet access

can you try to force a Shutdown, then wait 10 mins and try again ?
