Ever since the the full windows issue occurred and was corrected I've had this issue. I open Shadow and my mouse won't show. I need to open a second instance which allows the mouse to show. If I minimize then i have two instances (appears to be) but if I close the second instance, both crash. Shadow works fine otherwise. I do have an issue with sound but I hope that's my internet.
