Hi I did ask this yesterday and I have made a ticket but I haven’t had a response I have ran into a weird issue I upgraded my shadow pc from 6gb of ram to 8 or 12 however the hd storage had upgraded but the ram has not it says I have the boost package and it should have more than 6gb of ram but on windows it only shows 6gb
