It says G-100 everytime I try to open on the browser.

As I remember G-100 is an error where your Shadow is slow to start because of their remote service not responding.

So

try to force shutdown your Shadow from ? Button, and re-try again after 15 minutes.
try to use the app version of Shadow instead of web browser
you could try to use another decice if you can
