Hello I just bought this PC yesterday and ever since then it would not let me connect to it. I asked my brother for help he told me to use a vpn to see if it works and it did but using a vpn was not allowed. How can I use this service if the only way to use it is to break their rules. Any tips on how to get it working properly without using vpn since that it increases latency.
I bet their isn't no refund to this and I was not aware of this before purchasing. I feel like I wasted 25$ for nothing

this is the same error it gives me when it logs me out after an hour or two; I then have to quit the app, restart it, and login again.
I think they broke something with a recent update, normally the service isn't this buggy.
