let it run for 10 minutes, use ithe vm normally for 10 minutes or so....

are you running on ethernet ?

did you try to restart your router ?

ye i mean the graphs are wierd so its something with networking, your latency seems to be jumping up and down and the sudden packetloss occuring over a large portion of your 10 minute span is a bad indicator

debug your network, run a mtr and see if you maybe can catch something with that, seeing if its dorpping in your network or somewhere on the way
