Your problem is that you were previously playing from the Texas Datacenter and are now connected to the New York one.
You can try to tweak your network settings to reduce delay, or you can downgrade to Boost again and ask to change datacenter back to Texas.

is there any type of network tweaks you recommend that i can use to reduce delay?

Sure, first and foremost use Ethernet. Then:

  1. Try reducing the bitrate, put it to like 5mpbs try and then go up from there and try again.
  2. Try to switch to TCP (or UDP) I forgot which one lol depending on what you are try the other one I guess?
  3. Try H.265 encoding (?) (not sure if that helps)
  4. Try low bandwidth mode if nothing else works

Network tab don’t go on custom, click on the arrow and you’ll see low bandwidth mode

Streaming preference but I think you already have the best.
Also remove USB forwarding if you have it (you’ll have to search a bit on the left, I forgot where it was).
Also the most important part is to use Ethernet
