Anyone that can help would be greatly appreciated as the support team haven’t been so far.
Been experiencing input, video and audio issues for 4 days now and after lots of back and forth, they believe it to be an encoding/decoding issue. This only started after they performed some maintenance script on my VM and was running fine before that.
Does anyone know how to fix this or better yet, what I need to say to the support team to get this fixed/my money back as I’ve been unable to use the VM for 4 days now.
Context: UK based, trying to play Total War Rome 2 and Total War Attila (Power Tier Shadow Gaming subscription)
