Would the support team be able to remove the software from autostart or is resetting the Shadow PC the only option?

I blanked out for a moment while installing Windows Firewall Control (from Binisoft) and clicking "Block all connections by default" lol

I got restless and tried resetting, unfortunately "An error occurred" trying to do that 😅

Your Shadow has to be fully shutdown. Close the client and give it 30 minutes before resetting.
