everytime i connect my ps5 controller shadow freezes and says connecting reconnect and just shuts off please fix

What’s your local device?
Connecting how, passthrough or usb forwarding ?
What is your shadow latency, packet loss etc ?

And do you mean the Shadow freezes and shuts off, or the controller?

Please provide more details if you wish others to try and assist, or open a ticket with support so they can look at the app logs and see what’s happening.

i use blutooth and it was always working fine till like 2 days ago
