Good afternoon everyone, I'm experiencing G-100 error. I've already contacted support but no one is responding and I can't resolve it.

Support are closed during the weekends, they'll get back to you earliest tomorrow. As per ToS, any loss of access for over 24hr period to which is a fault of Shadows will be compensated if requested. You'll have to ask them about it.
