hey I bought the power upgrade and my cpu kerne are not on 4 core but on 2.80 and my storage space is still on 225 instead of 512

As far as the CPU clock speeds go, it'll be turbo boosting behind the scenes, task manager doesn't report this due to VM and yes it's 4C/8T .. For storage, you'll need to extend the volume in disk management.

you just need to extend your C: drive by right clicking on it and choose the extend partition option
