#Is there a reason that the stream FPS never reaches what it's set to?

I have my Shadow set to 1920x1200@60fps but the FPS graph/monitor is never at 60. It always stays around 50-58 FPS. I have gigabit upload/download, so it's not a bandwidth problem, and I've GFN for a while at 2560x1600@60fps and it never dipped below 60. Is it misreporting or something?

Some are experiencing decoding issues on the stream, try the Beta client and see if this is improved as I believe a fix has been pushed to there.
