preferably fullscreen it, a game is probably better because more variable framerate which will show a more realistic result than a constant frame video

yeah, so you have 2 spikes, that are so extremly high + packetloss. Next step is to figure out where this occurs, but its def a network issue. You will need to figure out the ip of your shadow vm, and run winmtr against it, for 10-15 minutes to get some results. Google how to use that. But safe to say those spikes, besides the packetloss that always should be 0, even 0.01% will give you issues.
So
1.Get winmtr
2.Run it on your local machine and set the shadow pc ip on the vm you get assigned and leave it for 10-15 minutes
3.Post result

what you also could do, is run the mtr on your shadow, and use your local ip, to see if its some issue the other way, i doubt it though but worth a try
what you want to look for is where you see drops, and after that hop, everything else should also have the same amount of drops, then you know what hop its lost at and who to hunt
