Can anyone give me some help here?

I cant start shadow on my pc for anything. Works fine on my phone

Does the issue happen when you use Shadow on other devices? : No, My phone works perfectly fine launching its just my pc. It was working fine yeasterday morning.

Is the issue present on different networks and/or connection types? (Ethernet, 5GHz WiFi, etc.) : All i have is Just normal WIFI no Ethernet or anything, And one wifi only so im not sure.

If it's an issue with a game or app, does the issue happen with other software? : Its not a issue with a game or app. It happens when i press start now in the shadow launcher.

Weird that it was working and now isn’t. Those long codes generally indicate an issue with your operating system, either corrupt files, driver fault, windows needs updating 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yep 0xC000007B is a windows error code.

could be a windows dependency that is broken on your local machine for some reasons... try to windows update to latest update and if it doesn't work reinstall VC++ rediist and .NET framework that could be broken/corrupted...
