Hey! I put in a ticket a few days ago, but I haven't gotten anything back, so just trying it here. Despite having good internet and 5Ghz, I still have a 50ms latency from my internet to the shadow PC. Although I run my shadow PC on a mac, I assume that the account I made with my apple ID made it so my shadow PC is in New York instead of Texas where I live. Is there any way I can fix this, or do I have to wait for the support ticket to be answered? Thanks!

I used apple to create my account, so maybe changing emails would work
But I remember using the right method to make a ticket, so idk
Nah was just wondering if you had, just incase the systems hadn’t synced. Try using the help centre form instead of your account support.
And mention you’re not getting ticket confirmation
