Hey! I put in a ticket a few days ago, but I haven't gotten anything back, so just trying it here. Despite having good internet and 5Ghz, I still have a 50ms latency from my internet to the shadow PC. Although I run my shadow PC on a mac, I assume that the account I made with my apple ID made it so my shadow PC is in New York instead of Texas where I live. Is there any way I can fix this, or do I have to wait for the support ticket to be answered? Thanks!

A few days is quite a long time to wait for ticket to be answered, did you get automated email with confirmation that it opened ?

Then it would seem the ticket didn’t open, have you changed email on shadow account at any point? 🤔

I used apple to create my account, so maybe changing emails would work

But I remember using the right method to make a ticket, so idk

Nah was just wondering if you had, just incase the systems hadn’t synced. Try using the help centre form instead of your account support.
