#Is the "My Shadow PC" Account section down?

I've been trying to add more disk space to one of my Shadows since Sunday, but from both Mac and Windows (across Safari and Chrome) I'm getting a near-blank return from the My Shadow PC section of the Accounts area of the website. This is happening on both my wife's and my own accounts.

Before I raise a ticket I thought I'd check here 🙂

You'll need to open a ticket for support to forward the issue to webteam.

Any updates from the webteam about this? I have had this issue since my service was suspended for an overdue invoice which has been rectified now.

Did they say what's causing this? 🙂

No clue, nothing has been communicated to the community (am not Shadow staff)

Ahh, no worries. Thought it could have been the cause of my current issue with Shadow, support are on the case but strangely have asked me for personal internet speeds and traceroutes but I don't feel like it's my issue.
