Okay so I can't access my actual pc anymore. I fell asleep last night with shadow running and woke up to a balck screen on my pc. I've restarted it and the Lenovo logo pops up but then dissappear to a blank black screen and nothing. Can't login or anything it's the display settings that are switching and I can do anything

That's probably An error on your computer and not a shadow error at all, lbut just in case you can send a message to support and they will help you in any way possible
