I just reset my Shadow, and it seems to be fine now but I'm cautious of doing/installing anything incase it does it again.

I couldn't reset it from my account page either, I just asked Support do it through Live Chat and they did it

You'll have to wait till tomorrow to get through to Live Chat, Support times say between 9am-7pm CET.
