I have good wife but it’s still lags a ton how do I fix this and yes I already tried switching to 2g Wi-Fi it made it worse even though I play in the same room as my wife router about 6 ft away from it

I do have spectrum so that might be a problem idk

I’m using the strongest gaming option so idk why it’s lagging so terribly

Are the latency issues only while using VR?

I had this same issues never was able to fix but its only vr for me then when I play games like vrchat just on desktop its fine but when I connect my headset its really bad lag to the point I can not move around

I fixed the lag if you use VD aka Virtual Desktop turn down bitrate in headset (Quest) if you use VD on quest then on the pc app turn off automatic bitrate
